Factory Life by Skylab Architecture

Happy Thursday! Check out this amazing apartment located in Brooklyn’s Cobble Hill neighborhood. This is where Jon Sherman, founder of the wall covering company Flavor Paper, lives and work. This four-level building functions as Sherman’s home, his workshop and an entertainment venue when he is in the mood.

The first floor of the building is where Sherman and his employees produce hand-screened wall coverings for the likes of Lenny Kravitz on long vacuum tables. The upper levels of the building is large living spaces, there is a DJ booth with 2,000 records, a roof deck with a seating area and large garden, and a bedroom with a levitating bed. Watch and enjoy!
